Temporary CI Champion to Operation Mixing, Industrial Engineering
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Champion to join the Industrial Engineering Team in Mölndal. The CI Champion will lead projects which will deliver significant operational, safety and financial benefits and also providing the expertise and leadership necessary to carry out the Continuous Improvement process in Operation Mixing factories.
As CI Champion you are part of identifying and driving implementation through Paulig Manufacturing Excellence. In this role you will be part of training, supporting and driving the work throughout the organisations in lean manufacturing principles and tools. You will work closely with the whole CI Team within Paulig where you coach and implement Manufacturing Excellence roadmaps and CI strategy in Operation Mixing.
You will report directly to the Industrial Engineering manager.
Responsibilities
Drive Manufacturing Excellence/CI projects within factories and contribute to Paulig’s international manufacturing network.
Coach and drive implementation Manufacturing Excellence roadmap and CI strategy into the factories in Operation Mixing
Lead and/or participate in SWAT team (task forces) in critical operational situations
Support and follow up Operations cost reduction activities
Contribute to develop and improve Paulig Manufacturing Excellence system (Paulig way)
Strong collaboration with E2E CI Managers
Train organizations in CI and Lean principles & tools
Own and act as champion for Paulig Manufacturing Excellence

Qualifications
Master of Science in Engineering or similar
Project management experience from major manufacturing efficiency projects
Lean and CI management skills and experience
Lean management experience
Experience from working in international environments
Process development experience
Good knowledge of 4.0 and digitalization within manufacturing
Good analytical skills
Long experience from production processes
Experience from systems like AX and RS Production is a plus



To succeed in this role, you are excellent in leading change, team building and networking. As a person you are driven by result and have excellent project management skills. You need to be fluent in English, both oral and written. Travels can be required in this role.


This is a temporary position covering for our colleague during parental leave with start from August/September 2020 until July/August 2021
