Temporary Internal Communication Officer

We are looking for an Internal Communications Officer to our office in Solna. As an Internal Communications Officer you will be part of the Global Communications team and will be responsible for our internal communication activities across our Nordic Business. Your role is to develop and implement plans which engage our employees and which builds Unilever´s internal reputation.
This is a temporary position with start date as soon as possible until 2016-12-31. For the right person there are good chances of an extended contract.

THIS IS WHAT WE OFFER:

You will be given a lot of freedom to create content and will also be responsible for executing it and make sure it visually looks good. You will partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure aligned communications as well as to build powerful relationships to enable value add to both functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop and deliver internal communication and engagement plans that are specific to employee audiences and aligned with business strategic priorities
-Utilise global resources and networks ensuring the Nordic business is represented and connected to the global hub for employee engagement
-Manage content creation and delivery of local and global internal communications material, on budget and on time
-Manage existing channels and the internal communications calendar ensuring prioritization, consistency and employees are not spammed
-Manage updates on the intranet
-Develop and shape Unilever stories in a way that it is engaging and effective
-Share overall messaging and produce engaging content and events by re-purposing external content that energize local employees
-Coordinate, manage and deliver internal events and engagements when proposed by global and in line with local annual plan

THIS IS WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
The profile sought has a relevant educational background from Communications/Marketing or equivalent and a few years´ experience of internal communications or campaigning in a similar organization or agency.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED/HAVE:
-Ability to create and manage content up and down stream.
-Ability to write and deliver compelling content
-Ability to manage online communications tools
-Ability to build powerful relationships to align and enable value add
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time
-Own drive and independent way of working
-Result oriented and proactive mindset
-Fluency in English - both spoken & written
-Good knowledge of Sharepoint
