We are actively seeking a Tender & Quotation Specialist to join our Sales and Sales Operations team. The central focus of your role will be to create and present competitive bids, estimates, and quotations for Hitachi Energy Grid Edge Solutions, including microgrids and energy storage. These solutions will be offered across Sweden and other key European markets such as Denmark, Finland, and Norway. Your keen eye for detail, coupled with the capacity to analyze and negotiate effectively with both our internal teams and external partners, will be instrumental in driving successful project planning.

Your responsibilities:
Formulating bids that fully address customer needs and offering the most efficient and cost-effective solutions, in line with Hitachi Energy policy and across the Hitachi Energy Grid Edge Solutions portfolio.
Ensuring the timely and accurate formulation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Managing all aspects of the bid — including technical, financial, product management and risk reviews, in line with Hitachi Energy standards.
Coordinating with Supply Chain to identify potential suppliers for equipment and materials, through regular analysis of customer needs and market trends.
Technical support to sales and sales specialist during technical evaluation meetings with customers
Identifying and mitigating potential risks in bids, quotations, estimations, and any other related contract agreement across customers/channels. Leading the Risk Review process in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy.
Contributing to an effective, positive customer relationship throughout the Sales process
Analyzing and reporting on tender outcomes and identifying areas for improvement to increase success.

Your background:
An engineering degree in a related field, preferably electrical engineering
A couple of years of relevant experience in Estimations and Tendering, working in a similar position with companies offering Systems and Projects.
Sound knowledge and experience in system and solution for the renewables and energy storage markets.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages (like Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) are an advantage.
Knowledge of Homer Pro, PSSE and other simulation tools is an advantage.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
