We are looking for a Tender Manager for our office in Gothenburg.

Are you interested in developing our Tender process and internal stakeholder management?
As a Tender Manager at KGH/Maersk you will coordinate tender submission on larger customs service opportunities across brands and bundles and follow up and report on European customs services sales pipeline across brands.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
· Be the connection point between European opportunity owners, tender management teams, area MCS product managers and other relevant stakeholders for larger international and global customs opportunities.
· Follow-up and report on European customs services pipeline across the Maersk brands.
· Manage and continually improve the Tender Management Office, including the operating model, personnel, processes, tools and infrastructure.
· Drive and contribute to sales development initiatives.

This is a position for a person that likes to consolidate, collect, evaluate, and provide pricing and service information in support of tender responses. This will of course also include conducting extensive internal stakeholder management.

International customs knowledge and experience
KGH and Maersk business understanding
The ability to communicate clearly and well formulated as a business professional to a global audience, both verbally and written
Commercial mindset – constantly looking for new opportunities to grow the business
