Are you our new colleague in the Tender Planning Team?

If you want to work in an exciting challenging environment this is the job for you.
You will be working in a tender planning team with responsibility to provide complete plans for all activities in the tender. The work is in a dynamic environment and your colleagues are dependent on you.

Creative and analytical
Your main responsibility in this position is to create and update tender plans for upcoming projects in our global business.

 On a daily business this is what the role includes:

* Tender plans for upcoming projects including design, manufacturing and installation. The plans are delivered in the planning tool Primavera.

* Be part of the tender team in tenders you have planning responsibility for.
* Analyse tender plans including risks assessments and extra costs.
* Interpreting technical and legal customer requirements to ensure that planning solution meets customer expectations.
* Collaborate with internal departments to optimize the best planning solution.
* Participate in customer negotiations.


Success factors in this position are creativity and being able to handle large amount of information. You are analytical and structured with an ability to take own decisions which is crucial for your success.

To operate in a dynamic and international environment stimulates you. You have proven ability to work under pressure without compromising on deliverables.

Additionally, your CV includes:

* You preferably have a Bachelor´s degree.
* Relevant experience and understanding of commercial and contractual terms is crucial.
* Ideally you also have experience in planning tool Primavera.
* Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
