About Group IT


Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.

All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.

Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.

Swedish Banking IT Division is part of the IT Development organization. We are an expanding division with roughly 180 employees located in Sweden, Tallinn and Lithuania serving the Business Area Swedish Banking. Our end customers are Swedish Banking. We operate in a very fast moving environment in tight cooperation with our Business partners. The area is characterized by high business demands, speed and a continuous development. We are now taking next step in our journey to work according to agile principles and are therefore reorganizing our teams to fit the new way of working.

As Test analyst you are responsible for planning, managing and executing of testing activities within the test levels.

You will:

Plan, create, get approval and maintain test plan based on requirements, risks, stakeholders etc Managing of test environment and test data to ensure that preconditions for testing are met Execute the test plan according to time and budget frames Follow up and report the progress of the testing and the quality of test Communicate with customer, development and support teams to guarantee the compliance of tests with the system functionality and smooth test process Perform test i.e. execution of and follow up test cases/defects.
To be able to execute well on your missions we expect you to be communicative and a cooperation oriented person but also be able to take own initiatives, make decisions and work independently. We expect you to be fluent in both Swedish and English. Experience of mainframe and working in agile teams is advantageous.

You should also have:

Several years of experience within test Proven record of working in complex test projects Experience from different platforms and environments
