Test and Verification engineer within radio

For our customer we are looking for a Test and verification engineer for a period of 3-6 months. You will be based at our customers office in Kista and have a large network of professionals in your field. Arbetsuppgifter In the role of Test and Verification engineer your are responsible for ensuring product quality, securing test methods and test environment to fulfil all the assigned test activities within approved cost, time and quality frame. The key responsibilities are: - establish integration and verification scope - design and develop test method / environment - execute test cases - complete test report, analyze test results - independently or in team perform system verification according to the radio performance requirements on the RBS product - independently write verification documentation like test specifications, test instructions and tests reports - identify and report faults on the products characteristics - independently and continuously be updated on the products that are to be system verified - continuously update other members in the department about the products characteristics - participate in pre-studies and investigations - active participation in the development of the verification process - perform product approval tests - in some cases, participate in verification performed by 3rd party. You will work with the latest RBS product. Utbildning/erfarenhet You have a Master degree, major in microwave technology, electronic engineering, communications or similar. You have knowledge of: - radio requirements (both internal and external, e.g. 3GPP), RF measurement methodology, handling and experince of the RBS - 2G/3G wireless communication system - radio test instruments - test tools (RBS Master, RUT, VASS_HPVEE) You are glad to work with customer and can provide technical solutions based on customer's requirement. You are self-motivated, having good team work spirit, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.
