As a Test engineer you add value to our customers by ensuring safety and quality in testing and verification of our products.  You are responsible for the testing and verification in a broad range of products within train connection systems, with a special focus on couplers.

You are a part of the Test team and work closely with development department to evaluate products and prototypes in an early stage of product development as well as other engineering functions and project managers. The projects have a great variation in size and scope and your role ranging from being an advisor to other departments and working hands-on with testing, producing test procedures and results according to company standard.

Your role


• Contribute with test procedure, result and test plan in customer projects
• Produce test procedures including test set-up in CAD/Inventor
• Prepare test equipment
• Participate in the first assembly and perform first article inspection
• Perform test according to procedures and document the result
• Produce test result reports – both for customers and internal documentation
• Advice colleagues in testing procedures for new products
• Propose design improvements for development of new products

 We assume


• You have a BSc in Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably relevant technical work experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English and preferably Swedish
• Good technical understanding and analytical skills
• CAD experience

• Prior knowledge of ISO17025
