Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer – Functional Test Team to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Prioritize tasks, ensuring smooth and diplomatic communication with various stakeholders.
Perform critical tasks such as risk assessment, test case writing, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
Provide coaching to the business in test work, contributing to skill development.
Plan and monitor tests for Test Leaders and the working group.
Manage and track defects against operations and suppliers.

What You Bring:
Self-motivated, driven, and flexible individual with a proactive approach to tasks.
Understanding of system tests and their significance in assessing the quality of systems and applications.
Familiarity with participating in sprint planning, reporting progress, and addressing deviations.
Documented experience in writing and executing test cases using tools like ALM/QC.
Knowledge of testing and its terminology, possibly through ISTQB certification.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Previous experience in county council, healthcare, or private healthcare providers is advantageous.
Strong emphasis on personal qualities due to collaboration within a large group.
Excellent coaching skills to support business teams in effective test work.
Ability to express ideas clearly and diplomatically to diverse stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving project needs.
