Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer – Regression Test Team to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Prioritize tasks and effectively communicate with various stakeholders in a smooth and diplomatic manner.
Contribute to the regression testing team’s larger objectives by performing tasks such as test case writing, risk assessment, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
Collaborate with test managers in planning, following up, and reporting on tests, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Demonstrate understanding of regression testing and system testing, emphasizing their significance in assessing the quality of systems and applications.

What You Bring:
Self-motivated, driven, and flexible individual with a proactive approach to tasks.
Experience in participating in sprint planning, reporting progress, and effectively managing deviations.
Documented proficiency in writing and executing test cases using tools such as ALM/QC.
In-depth understanding of testing principles and terminology, ideally supported by ISTQB certification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Previous experience in county council, healthcare, or private healthcare providers is advantageous.
Emphasis on personal qualities, as the role involves close cooperation within a group.
Willingness to be on-site approximately 50% of the time, with fluency in the Swedish language as a requirement.
