We are looking for extraordinarily talented SW Test Developers to join our team in Mjärdevi, Linköping. We work in a Linux environment and you need to be have a background in software development using C++ and preferably have experience from working with IPTV and DVB.

General role description:

Our Test Engineers take part of all testing aspects – through planning, process improvements, tools development, and coordination of test as well as conducting the manual and automated testing yourself. They are curious, have a strong inner drive, love execution and results, as well as have an eye for details and a sense of risk management.

Part of your accountabilities will be

- Participate in development/maintenance of testing environment & equipment
- Create and maintain automated test cases for all software levels, and automated test solutions (black, gray, and white-box)
- Define detailed test cases with their coverage for functional/non-functional requirements/features from SRS
- Support developers in written test cases, and follow up on the test cases quality and coverage

Skills, knowledge and experience:

We are looking SW Test Developers with

- Experience in testing in Agile projects
- Experience in automated testing on all levels (unit testing to acceptance testing)
- Background in software development, preferably C/C++ but scripting languages like Python and JavaScript are also qualifying
- Experience in embedded systems development, preferably Linux
- Experience using version control (Git, SVN etc) and build systems (Jenkins or others)
- TCP/IP and IP overall knowledge.
