Job Description
Test Lead – Industrial Embedded Product Development
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead for our client to take full ownership of the verification and validation strategy for a next-generation industrial controller. The role covers both hardware and software testing from early prototype phases through system integration and final validation.
The position focuses on designing a modern, efficient, and standards-compliant test strategy while ensuring high product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Software, Hardware, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Product Management to ensure structured and optimized test processes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the overall verification & validation (V&V) strategy
Establish test levels, coverage strategies, and traceability models
Design test environments and integration frameworks
Drive test automation and early defect detection initiatives
Ensure compliance with industrial standards and certification requirements
Align hardware and software testing activities
Optimize processes to enable fast and reliable feedback
Experience Required
8+ years of experience in industrial product testing
Strong experience in embedded systems testing (hardware & software)
Proven experience defining and implementing test strategies
Experience working with industrial standards and certification requirements
Strong knowledge of modern testing methodologies and automation
Experience in cross-functional product development environments
