Test Leader

Research & Development Malmö - Software Quality Assurance consists of 12 people that are responsible for test of software systems developed by our global R&D organization.The systems are built up of embedded autonomous units that are configured, controlled and supervised by one or more PC-based or embedded servers.
As Test Leader you will be responsible for plan, lead and follow up tests for these systems.Functional- and system- tests are executed during the development projects and the system requirements are verified by a final system test.

Design test environments
Status reporting
Problem tracking
Lead test campaigns

To be able to succeed in the role as Test Leader at TAC you must like both theory and practice, have eyes for both the details and the complete system and see the challenge in complex technical systems.Good social skills are important as well, the work contains a fair amount of international contacts.

You need a three years degree from an institute of technology or similar, preferably within software development.Furthermore you need a three year professional experience in testing software systems, good skills in English is also a requirement.
