About the position

As Test Leader, you are part of a newly formed Applications team, specializing in image analysis, programming, and machine learning. You will get the unique opportunity to work in an environment with a focus on new applications that will break new grounds in digital cell imaging. Together with the team's Product Manager and Development Manager, you take responsibility for the team's planning with a focus on verification and validation efforts. This is a high-pace role where you will be responsible for the test planning and for determining when a product is ready to be released.

Key Tasks as a Test Leader

Support development projects together with the Development Manager and Product Manager.

Coach and lead the team in the verification and validation work.

Ensure that there is a strong integration of testing in the development phase with early test planning as well as early exploratory tests and investigations.

Participate in risk analysis and requirements specification.

Write test plans and test reports, as well as analyze test results and report defects.

Develop new test cases and write test specifications.

Hands-on testing

Continually collaborate with the other Test Leaders to further develop and improve the testing process in an agile direction.

Qualifications

You have a Master of Science or equivalent.

You have experience in risk- and requirements-based testing.

You have the ability to plan, organize and easily comprehend a bigger context from start to finish.

You have experience in writing quality assurance documents, technical documentation, or research papers.

You have good skills in English, both written and spoken.

It’s meritorious if you have

Experience in coordinating, coaching, or leading a team.

Experience of working in an agile environment.

Experience from regulated environments (MedTech or similar).
