Test Leader in Stockholm

We are currently looking for Area Test Lead to Service Area Marketing and Service Area Sales Online.

DESCRIPTION
As Area Test Lead, you are responsible for the overall test strategy in one or more delivery areas. You will collaborate with other Area Test Leads within the division.

The work is done both on an overall strategic level but also operationally in our maintenance situations and projects. You will help us to identify risks and you strive to streamline the testing process and improve the quality of systems, for example by looking at operational procedures, documentation, our overall test competence, test environment, test data, test tools etc.

We are looking specifically for someone with experience of similar roles in situations where the type of delivery is characterized by a high degree of off-shore and managed services.

WORK TASK
? Be part of - management, strategy, planning and decision-making within the delivery/service area
? Maintains and anchors the test strategy, master test plan, processes and procedures
? Educate IT and our business partners in our test strategy
? Review of maintenance plans from a test perspective
? Operational test manager in strategic projects
? Contribute with your test experience in investigations, feasibility studies and procurement
? Support and review test in projects within the delivery area
? Support test managers and testers within projects and maintenance situations
? Involved in risk analysis
? Collaborate with Service Area Responsible (SAR) and IT Service Responsible (ISR)
? Collaborate with other Area Test Manager in IT
? Business intelligence concerning the test area in regards to methods, tools, sourcing etc

SPECIFIC COMPETENCE
? Several years of experience in test management
? Experience of improvement activities related to test
? Experience of test leadership role in procurement projects
? Experience with various sourcing forms (eg offshoring)
? Experience of Managed Service
? Broad understanding of systems development
? Fluent in English written and spoken

There is an advantage with knowledge in the following areas:
? Experience of automation and performance testing
