Test Leader/Test Manager

Test Leader/Manager Bright IT AB is in its third year as a contract recruitment consultancy in the Stockholm, Mälardal, Öresund and Oslo region.Since 2007, Bright IT have provide its clients with experienced IT consultants with a high level of expertise in areas such as Project Management, Architecture, System and application development, Usability Design, Testing, Requirements management, ERP, Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse and infrastructure. As it stands we are know looking for a Test Leader/Manager. Tasks: The Test manager will be responsible for all testing in our client's Technical Platform The successful candidate will lead the work of the sub-project in planning and conducting tests on all the systems of technical / technological changes.Tests are of all types.. Profile: Technical training, civil engineers, systems or equivalent knowledge as well as: - At least 5 years of experience working as a test of major integration projects.- Experience of strategic test work and to lead the test work.- Experience with testing tools, testing tools and test management tools.- Experience of testing of both online and batch. Additional requirements: - Very good ability to express themselves in speech and writing.- Ability to enthuse and lead teams of specialists.- Good analytical ability, careful - push and results-oriented.- Good social skills, open and flexible, works for cooperation Beneficial experience: - Experience with testing of SCADA solutions in industry or traffic is an advantage.- Certification, ISEB / ISTQB - Foundation is a plus.
