We are looking to extend the project team with an exciting new role as Test Manager. As Test Manager you will be responsible for defining, creating and implementing a test strategy for all Nordic countries to ensure the delivered system meets requirements. The position is to be filled as soon as possible and estimated until project end in Q1 2009. Your responsibility area covers all Nordic countries - you will be located in Stockholm, spending approx. 4-5 days/month travelling in the Nordic area. Further accountabilities: Define test strategy for use in all testing Ensuring all testing completed by other projects is aligned with program test strategy and meets entry / exit criteria Implementation of test strategy aligned with program milestones Working in collaboration with project management, implementation partner, and Adecco appointed business process owners Managing relationships and monitor progress of each test phase Managing project schedule to ensure delivery in line with program milestones Delivering successful testing within agreed project budget Qualifications required The person we are looking for should have experience of testing in either SAP or equivalent ERP solution. Knowledge of the SAP Consulting business and/or project based working environment is required. Should you have a background from large business implementation programs this is considered a great advantage! Leadership skills/experience are preferred. Excellent MS Office/MS Project skills and fluency in English is required, as well as excellent writing skills, to support project documentation.
