You will be based at Electrolux HQ in Stockholm at Kungsholmen. Our Headquarters in Stockholm is an amazing and unique place to work and grow! Over 1000 professional and 75+ nationalities shape living for the better every day.
We are looking for our new Test Manager, who will primarily assist the Electrolux SAP solution, projects and delivery organizations delivering solutions on time, to acceptable agreed quality standards and with sufficient test evidence to prove compliance to regulatory &governance requirements through the deployment of effective software testing. When appropriate, testing tools and policies will be extended beyond SAP.
Your main tasks:
• Own delivery of Test Strategy to deliver Regression Testing, both manual and Automated, as well as performance test planning (If required), design and test case creation.
• Ensure Quality, Compliance and Implementation of Test Automation Tools with Quality Measurement and Monitoring.
• Training and Championing of Testing Methodology and Testing Process. Setting standards and best practices within the test team as well as testing activities across workstreams.
• Provide Test Management resources to Projects and Programmes within Electrolux IT to support, capture requirements, build and deploy automated test scenarios
• Manage and deliver the Automation testing utilising offshore delivery partners to provide consistent and repeatable (as per the Test Strategy) delivery of Testing.
Qualifications:
• 5 years+ experience within the field of SAP testing (including the SCM solution) using tools like Worksoft Solutions and Microfocus ALM
• Extensive SAP project and upgrade project experience with Implementation knowledge of Test Automation and Performance Testing best practices
• Ability to work with multiple teams and understand how to set-up test data across all end to end systems. Being able to introduce standards or tooling based on your experience would be a good addition
• Experience working within a multi-cultural environment and ability to influence people to support a shift left strategy
• Demonstrate an inclusive and globally aware mindset with the ability and flexibility to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones
