Test Manager

IOPSYS Software Solutions is looking to hire a Test Manager to join our growing software development unit.
Who are IOPSYS? 
Our belief is that the Wi-Fi gateway is an increasingly important part of the smart connected home and we support the vision by being a key player that transforms and brings the open-source business model to the gateway industry.
IOWRT is one of the most advanced, platform independent gateway software based on OpenWrt*. We embrace open-source and contributes code to other open-source projects which enables IOPSYS' developers get recognition for their work not only at IOPSYS but also in the wider community. We are located close to Mariatorget in Södermalm, Stockholm.
We are looking for a Test Manager for our team within software testing and quality assurance in Stockholm. In this role, you will alternate between working with customer-internal projects and being part of one of the company's overall commitments, where the delivery teams often work agile according to DevOps and with automated test processes.

You will:
Organize test processes and optimize system level testing through creative and comprehensive test methods.
Together with our senior test engineers, plan and develop new test strategies
Support the team through training, mentoring and problem solving
Continuously look for improvements to ensure high standards for automation
Plan and manage all test activities to be carried out in the area to be tested, eg System test, System integration test and Acceptance test.
Budget and follow-up the financial aspects of the test organization


You have:
Wide QA experience from an agile environment, including creating well-structured test plans and strategies, leading, prioritizing and executing test activities on all levels throughout the software development life cycle
Documented leadership experience, applying a coaching and inclusive leadership
Broad awareness of testing approaches, practices, and techniques to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by the team
Great interest in quality assurance, think it is fun to change and want to be part of a competent team that actively shares their knowledge.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
Experience from Linux/Unix systems and a scripting/programming language, we use Python


It is an advantage if you have previous experience of work in the telecom sector.
