Test Manager

We are looking for a Radio Software Test manager who can drive test analysis for SPs/MRs for Radio-related products and features, have experience in test management and is eager to understand how it all fits together to ensure that all requirements are fulfilled before delivering a product/feature.
An individual should know how to take complex problems and explain/describe them so that more people can understand and break them down so that solving them becomes straightforward.
An individual should be organized, self-motivated, and able to turn ideas into concrete solutions.
Assures that the flow unit ‘a feature (MR(SP)' goes through its life cycle ' CA- PD - Maintenance' with the most efficient test coverage focusing on flow, quality of the unit and the product.
Manage and document early test analysis of “a feature” and define the overall test scope, including legacy impact.
Ensure early test and development tool strategy and build tool requirements.
Support XFT team for “a feature” during test case development according to Test Strategy.
Should have a good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be a team player
