Test Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Test Manager who is experienced in test planning and management in both traditional and agile development environments.

What you'll do:
● Design and develop test plans, and test cases based upon functional and design specifications, execute test cases, and analyze and report test results to the teams.
● Identify GAP within testing and propose and, where appropriate, drive, measures to close GAP for the transformation to reach its goals.
● Acts as a test lead, planning the work of other testing staff and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines.
● Responsible for developing a test strategy and product risks and clarifying responsibility for quality and testing.
● Participate in internal/cross team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, and technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment.
● Plan for how test automation can be performed on a broad scale and with different technologies.
Who you are:
● Have experience in test strategy and planning, as well as solid experience of leading testing in larger programs.
● Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to work with technology stakeholders at various levels and including global teams.
● Good experience with Jira and QMetry, Reqtest, or any other case management system and a system where planning and follow-up of tests are managed.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have experience of test planning and management in both traditional and agile development environments.
