OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is looking for a Test Manager on behalf of our client. You have experience as a Test Lead in large multi-cultural business transformation projects including complex IT implementations. You are used to manage many different stakeholders from different countries and cultures

This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at our client’s company. The assignment will be full time with start ASAP, until 31/7-2021

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will be responsible to runt the Quality & Test Work stream as a part of the program management team. The Quality & Test work stream is responsible for coordinating testing the relevant business processes (e.g. logistics, finance) and the IT solutions that have been built as part of the program. You will for example:


* Prepare Test Approach and Test Plans in alignment of the program framework in Agile, V-model based and business process context
* Coach and train testers on test practices as required
* Ensure that testing and UAT is done to meet the release requirements – on time and as per quality requirements
* Work along with support teams to ensure operational acceptance of the releases being planned
* Be a gatekeeper for progression of changes from Dev – Test – Live environments


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You who:
* Have 5-8 years of experience in leading cross functional teams consisting of IT, central and local business in business transformation projects.
* Have experience of working in large (+100 people) projects
* Have experience of multi country rollouts
* Have worked with agile as well as V-model/waterfall project methodology
* Tools: Jira, X-Ray

Your (business) English is excellent both verbal and written.

Meritorious:
* Any experience in Hybris/CCv2, SAP ECC or EPI server
