Description

As a Test Manager in the initiative you will play a key role in the success of this project. This initiative has already started, and they need a pragmatic person who can help take the lead over the testing.

You will work together with Chief Scrum Master and other leaders, planning and coordinating tests. You will work together with different teams in different regions and both inside and outside the organisation.

Mandatory competence and experience:



- About 4-8 years of experience within the area
- Used to work with test planning and driving tests within an agile organization.
- We expect you to be driven, pragmatic and solution oriented - all with focus on delivering value.
- Swedish and English




Preferred competence and experience:

- Experience of trading and capital market is a plus.
