Test responsible - Stavanger

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.Through UCG recruitment we also help companies with permanent staff. For our customer we are now looking for a Test responsible for iTrade Release.Location: Stavanger (Norway) Specs: * Deliver a test strategy for the iTrade Releases: * Describe testing in the scrum team in the sprints * Describe how to do Release testing * Describe how to do (semi automated) Regression testing * Describe how to do User Acceptance testing * Describe link between requirements, defects and testing.* Align with iTrade architecture team (TREAT) to ensure consistency in process & tools for requirements, code configuration management, testing, defects tracking and test automation * Plan, prepare, facilitate and complete the * Release test * Regression test and * User Acceptance test in the Releases. This includes engaging all relevant roles and preparing all relevant technical environments for Endur, new bespoke developed solutions, legacy systems and test automation.* Guide and support the test engineers / test experts in the scrum teams Competencies: .Knowledge about the best practice for testing in agile development .Have worked as a test engineer / test expert on projects .Good knowledge about systems engineering .Good knowledge about testing "commercially off the shelf packages" (COTS) IT systems .Experience in similar role Personal skills: .Good at motivating others .Good at communicating .Work independently .Cope with multiple simultaneous challenges To achieve a more even gender distribution among our consultants we are positive to female applicants.We would like applicants to submit a detailed CV in Word-format.In this ad we are primarily looking for employees, but we also invite persons operating their own companies to apply.We decline approaches from recruiters and other sales persons.
