ADS Practice for Customer Service and Warranty is a department within VC IT that is responsible for providing IT service to the Volvo Car Customer
Service and Warranty organisations. We are responsible for a portfolio of applications that handles the total logistic process from ordering the parts from supplier to shipping the parts from our different warehouses to our dealers round the world as well as applications that handles claims, warranty analysis and workshop services to the cars.

Enterprise Shared Services mission is to,

improve ADS productivity and efficiency within application development, maintenance, support and lifecycle management support ADS with development or sourcing, maintenance and support of IT tools, methods, processes and environments for application delivery and monitoring enforce and govern ADS process disciplines provide necessary documentation and training for IT tools, methods, processes and environments used by ADS Practices

Our service scope today includes Test, Integration, DBA services, Application performance monitoring, Application Development Tools and Methods.

Job Description:

Teamleader is responsible for the serviceportfolio within our TestCenter including Functional tests, Non-functional tests (Performance tests) and Usability tests. Tasks include internal sales and customer dialogue, request-to-recharge and process handling, test activity team planning, administration, resource handling and budget/forecasting.
