3 is looking for a tester to the Bill IT group

Bill IT is a group within IT at 3. The group is made up of Testers, Developers, Business Analysis, Agile Coaches and Product Owners with multiple countries represented. We work with product and service development with the charging domain and use agile methods to do our delivery. The work is done in close cooperation with our marketing and technology departments to secure that we quickly and efficiently can come up with new, innovative mobile services for our end customers.

Your main tasks in the job will be:

• Work in an Agile development team in short sprints to secure the delivery in time and with high quality.
• Write and perform automated and manual testing as well as exploratory testing both on system test level as well as end-2-end.
• Support the team not only in testing but anything that will improve quality of our delivery and that can be anything from doing requirements analysis work to assisting developers with prototypes.
• Suggest and implement quality improvements.
• Evaluate and experiment with tools for test and test automation


 

We are looking for you who:

Passionate about testing and quality assurance in an Agile IT environment and who thinks testing is more than a role and more of an activity for all on the team. You have good communication and cooperation skills, and a strong drive to make things happen. Your curiosity and will to improve gives you a challenger mindset that questions and enjoys testing new things. You are methodical; love to learn and a team player who likes to work in a diversified and multi culture Environment.

Your Profile

• Approximately 5 years for experience as a tester where you have implemented and executed test plans.
• Experience from the charging and billing functional domains.
• Team player
• Structured and methodical
• Good communications skills primarily in English (Swedish a plus)
• Experience from test automation or development.
• At least five years of experience with Singl.eView
• At least five years experience with PeopleSoft


The following additional experiences are optional but a plus:

• Working with agile methods
• Telecommunications
• Working in leading capacity (coordination, test lead, project lead)
