Tester/Test Designer - stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Tester preferably in insurance area and Lumera and have documented experience of both leading test work with IT and business. You like to design tests yourself and lead / perform these together with VH resources. We see it as obvious that you are passionate about conducting tests.
What you'll do:
● Running the test work in some areas of an Epic, such as a process such as life cases or new drawings.
● Lead the work of developing test scenarios, test cases and conducting the tests along with operational resources and development teams.
● Supporting the train with test competence where we have an overall test leader for the entire Epic.
● Operate and perform system integration tests in a complex environment.
● Work closely with developers and clients to develop a test strategy for each change.
● Perform manual tests, both via the frontend and on a more technical level. Have an understanding of how the applications work technically, e.g. databases, micro services, apies, logging, flow diagrams.
● Follow up and act on the test results and help with the prioritization of defects along with documenting test cases, test bases and other test-related information that can be reused.
● Produce test data and document how it was produced and have a dialogue with the developers about when deliveries should be made to the different test environments and that it is communicated to those affected.
● Coordinate acceptance tests and by making an appointment, announcing what can be tested, producing test data and login possibilities. Hold demos for different user groups if necessary.
● Identify areas for improvement and share knowledge within the team, other teams and other stakeholders.
Who you are:
● Possess insurance expertise and preferably experience with the system Lumera (formerly Inca).
● Ability to see the big picture of the tests while having a mind for the important details.
● Furthermore, you have experience of large projects and system integration tests in a complex system flora.
● Be part of our SAFe train that supports the insurance area and work together with one or more SAFe teams close to the business depending on the test area.
● Solid testing expertise, experience with insurance and preferably Lumera, Test design and coordination/management.
● Able to write test cases and execute these, Agile system development with a focus on agile testing.
● Meritorious to have worked with Jira and experience with SAFe.
