Technogarden är ett konsultföretag som erbjuder tekniska resurskonsulter samt rekryterar specialister och chefer till teknikbolagen i Norden.Vi ingår i Norconsultkoncernen som är Norges största rådgivande ingenjörsverksamhet.Technogarden är idag 260 anställda och vi växer kraftigt.Main responsibilities Carton Bottle Platform is leading the development of a product portfolio, offering a competitive alternative to plastic bottles.System Engineering manages interactions, implications and trade offs for line, material & package.Systems Engineering facilitates transformation of customer requirements into a fully finished and integrated product.System Engineering consists of System Design, System Automation and System Validation.We can offer you a creative and stimulating work environment in a team of motivated, dynamic and high-quality colleagues.The positions within the areas of Automation, Package Integration and Physical Layout are based in Lund.[ Your main responsibilities will be: * Defining and managing the functionality required in a system * Setting and running technical maturity milestones (DRMs) to drive integration * Enable key technical decisions by developing trade offs * Develop and own interface specifications that will reflect quality of integration and serve as basis for test planning * Educate colleagues about System Engineering In addition the different roles have some specific areas of responsibility; Automation will focus on integrate automation efforts at the system level.Package Integration will work with the Package Group to integrate package design and attributes at the system and module level.Physical Layout will support cross-module design challenges for example supply systems, platforms and covers and maintain a physical layout model in the CAD System[[ Qualifications University degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering or Package Integration.Minimum 7 years work experience in mechanical, electrical or meckatronic development(design and/or verification experience).A good command in English, both written and spoken is also required.You enjoy working closely with people, have great communication & facilitation skills and are happy to both get your hands dirty and work with abstract models of reality.You are also a team player, with good cultural adaptability.It is important that you focus on practical responses to issues, and that you can be part of an organisation that is at the leading edge of a change in the way we work.Being able to educate your colleagues about the change is also very important.You have good analythical skills, process understanding and enyoy working with problem solving.Informal authority is important.[[ About the company For more information about Tetra Pak -www.tetrapak.com
