Thesis work in Human Resources at AstraZeneca, Södertälje

Job description
Total reward/Benefits is a moving target that continuously changes depending on the workforce. Do you have passion for how to motivate people and what makes people tick, to learn what people want from their employer in terms of non-monetary reward as well as monetary and what strategies to use. Then AstraZeneca might be of interest to you!

Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be to analyse the gap between now and set strategy in the Total rewards/Benefits field at AstraZeneca. Is the current pallet of benefits in line with what our employees want or are there things that we could improve. Through both qualitative and quantitative method and analysis you are expected to provide AstraZeneca with data points on current status. If possible, you are also expected to list improvements to meet demand. 

The thesis work will cover 15 or 30 hp and starts during the fall semester 2022.

Qualifications
Students enrolled in a Swedish University in either Pedagogy, psychology, sociology or equivalent HR- or Business administration program. Knowledge in the Swedish language is desirable but not a requirement. Accuracy, analytical and being able to maintain a high integrity are all desirable personal qualities.
