Third-level Software Support Specialist

We are now looking to strengthen the Customer Support department at our headquarters in Stockholm. Responsibilities: - third level support for Northern Storage Suite by email, phone and remote session - interface between customers and Stockholm software development team - on-site installations at customer sites  Sweden and internationalâ - technical product demonstration via web conferencing  Sweden and internationalâ - development and maintenance of product technical documentations - development and maintenance of technical knowledge base Profile: As Northern is active in the international market a high-level of ability in written and spoken English is required. Additional qualities should include: - Technical qualification from secondary/high-school  Teknisk gymnasieutbildningâ - Microsoft, NetApp or EMC Certified Professional - Knowledge of general programming or software testing procedures are advantageous - Experience within the field of software support and help-desk activities are advantageous - Knowledge of SalesForce CRM system is advantageous NORTHERN offers an interesting and varied workday at our office in Vasastan, overseas offices and customer sites across the globe.
