About the company: Voss og fjordane Guideservice AS is a Norwegian tour guide company.We offer guide services in the Fjord region of Western Norway.During the summer season we employ about 75 tour guides covering the following languages: English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.Most of the assignments are guiding cruise passengers on shore excursions.

Information about the position: For the summer 2010 (for the whole season from May to the beginning of September) we are presently looking for more TOUR GUIDES.

Position demands: You need to speak fluently English plus minimum TWO of the following languages: German, French, Italian and Spanish (B2 to C2 according to European language levels.Google: "Europass self assessment grid")

You must also be interested in Norwegian culture, history and geography + enjoy working with people and be service-minded.The recruited candidates will be given full training (includes home study before coming to Norway, then guide course in Norway in May).Applicants with higher education (minimum one year at University level) will be prioritized.

Housing: We will help you finding an accommodation (app.NOK 3000/ EURO 353 pr.month).Housing and food are not included in the wage.
