Elan IT ReSource är ett av Sveriges och Europas ledande företag inom bemanning och rekrytering av IT-personal.Vi erbjuder konsulter och rekrytering inom hela IT-området, från IT-chefer, projektledare och systemutvecklare till nätverks- och supporttekniker.Vi finns i Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö och har över 600 konsulter i Sverige.Elan är ett bolag inom Manpowergruppen.PURPOSE STATEMENT: Trade System Executive is responsible for continuous support and development of CRM tools.This role includes also active system reporting development (SQL) and MS SQL server maintenance.Purpose of CRM tools is to support Trade Marketing team in developing and controlling efficient outlet portfolio.This position also provides active support on management through development and processing of proper sales and stock reporting. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: .Full ownership of CRM system support in Sweden in terms of user support and development requirements with Business System Executive..Fast Track data maintenance (outlet universe, order processing, BDE area mapping, etc.), reporting and support the development of reporting functionality..Data management support for Supply Chain Manager in Sweden..Planning tools support for Marketing team in Sweden (reporting, activity follow up, EMF process, etc.) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Context/Environment The jobholder will be based in Stockholm, and will be working to support and add value to the Sweden operation.As the jobholder's line manager will be based in Helsinki, it is important that the person will be a self-starter, willing to work without close supervision and able to build good cross-functional working relationships within the Sweden team.Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required : .Business oriented person with suitable business or technical education e.g.BBA .Good communication and customer service skills .SQL knowledge .Reporting tools experience .SQL server and database maintenance experience .Good MS Office skills (incl.Access) .Written and spoken fluency in English..1-3 years working experience in business environment Other beneficial knowledge .Visual Basic .SAP .Crystal Reports .Swedish .Advanced MS Access and VBA skills .Working experience as Sales Representative Key Success Factors .Effective Customer Service and communication .Tools and system support, maintenance and development .Problem solving .Team work Upplärning kommer att ske 4 veckor i Finland.
