We are looking for a Trade Vessel Operator to join our Voyage Management team, of four, at our Regional Office in Stockholm.

In this role you will report to Head of Voyage Management and primary be responsible of planning, scheduling, executing and communicating vessel movements.

Main tasks are:
. Ensure that product and schedule integrity is maintained
. Assure vessels are duly informed on sailing instructions and coastal schedule.
. Oversee coastal scheduling in close cooperation with Vessel Planners, Traveling Superintendents, Agents and Port Captains.
. Align schedule for dry dockings and vessel repairs.
. Ensure that schedules are correctly inserted in the schedule system.
. Monitor vessel performance.
. Ensure that charter vessels receive required WWL instructions and information.
. Manage communication with agents and vessels for non standard inducement calls.
. To some extent coordinate scheduling with other lines.

Requirements:
. We believe that a successful applicant most likely hold a maritime degree and have a minimum of two years of nautical experience as a Nautical Officer.
. As the applicant will be operating 12-15 vessels simultaneously, ability to work efficiently and well organized under stress is an absolute requisite.
. Excellent communication skills in oral as well as written English.
. One Scandinavian language is an advantage
. Basic computer skills in MS Office. Training in voyage planning tools and meteorological software will be provided during extensive handover period.
