For our office in Mölndal/Göteborg we are looking for an SLP – Leadership Development Program – Business development manager towards large end-user accounts


Function Description
Job Purpose
You will drive the project to evaluate and investigate the possibility to penetrate the construction market consisting of large end-user accounts working across the Nordic region. You will identify, contact and gain understanding of the purchase process within the construction market and identify where we can add value into this chain.
After investigating where Stanley Black and Decker can contribute you will create and communicate a clear message where we streamline their business by taking down the current number of suppliers. You will also build our marketing concept and offering around themes such as XR-cordless leadership and P&P-true safety at worksite, ensuring that we are a visible part in all tendering processes (public and non-public).

Key Responsibilities Will Include
Identify and contact key stakeholders
Analyze key competitors
Communicate and align a game changer marketing message
Manage, develop and drive the top accounts together with the country organizations


Special Projects
Conduct a research project to gain an understanding of the purchase process today
Identify where we can add value to the process and how we win the competition
List the business potential and investments it requires to succeed


Unique aspects of the role

Skills & Competences
Bachelor or Master Degree; preferably in economics business administration or marketing
Maximum of 2 years’ experience
International experience desirable
Fluent in English, and one Nordic language
An out – of – the – box – thinker
Analytical mindset
Highly developed inter-personal skills
