Trainer - Professional Services - Apsis Norway

We are looking for an additional member of our Professional Services team.  This person will be responsible for producing and performing tailored training sessions and consultation for Apsis customers. For the right person this is an inspiring and a key role working with a high achieving team in our Norwegian office.
 

Your role:
You will be responsible for arranging and executing creative training sessions. The training content is agreed in cooperation with the customer, based on their needs and expectations. As sessions are unique, it is important that you are able to take initiative and challenge the client to optimize their work and secure ROI. Your training objective is to give customers a better understanding of the Apsis platform, APSIS PRO, as well as inspiring them with your broader knowledge in marketing practices. Clients’ success is our passion!

Skills and passion:
You are an ideal candidate if you have experience with software training and love customer interaction. You are a great communicator and presenter. Digital marketing is of interest to you and you always seek to educate yourself further. Other skills include:



• Software training background, with at least 2 years of working experience – preferably from a marketing/sales industry

• Be proactive, creative and positive as well as a natural team player 

• Be excellent in time management - multitask planning on short and long term assignments 

• Be structured and efficient in the daily tasks, and openly communicating with colleges  

• Be willing and able to travel

• APSIS PRO is a fairly technical tool and so, ideally, you have an overall technical interest.

• You MUST be fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and have good communication skills in English.
