Human Resources - Helsingborg or Sollentuna Do you want to work with technical training, building a new Training Center in a fast-growing, international, and fun company?Good, we have a job for you.ReadSoft is a growing organization and we now need an additional resource to help us build a Training Center.As the Training Center Manager, you will establish and develop our new Training Department and coordinate international training activities for staff and partners. You will be working at the corporate head office, allocating training resources from both the corporate organization as well as the local organizations worldwide.You will make sure we provide our organization with the right trainings, to the right people, at right time.On a more strategic level, you will be responsible for developing training and competence strategies for ReadSoft and also drive the development of our competence grids and job descriptions. You have an academic degree and a very good knowledge of IT and technology.You have been working with training and competence development for at least five years, preferably in an international environment.You are a natural leader, your English is fluent, and you enjoy presenting and explaining things to others.If you have project management and teaching skills, that is to your advantage.On a more personal level, you are a structured, driven, and business-minded doer who fit well with our four C:s.The ReadSoft Training Center will be a part of ReadSoft's Human Resources Department.The HR department is located at the head office in Helsingborg and works with staffing, recruitment, competence development, leadership development, work environment, compensation & benefits, and other HR-related issues.
