About the job

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the logistics and administration of courses within Marine Service Competence Development. You are the contact person for participants, trainers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
* Update courses in our LMS Docebo and related Sharepages
* Coordinate logistics regarding travel and accommodation for trainers and participants, on different locations
* Arrange and consolidate courses’ documentation
* Summarize evaluations and gather statistics to follow KPI
* Invoicing

What you know
* High school/gymnasium diploma
* Verbal and written communication in English and Swedish
* Digitally smart, easy to learn new digital tools.
* Previous experience working with administration, customer service and/or coordinating activities.
