Training Engineer

Job Summary This person will mainly deliver product and application specific training to customers in the Nordic region in order to help them achieve efficient and proper use of The MathWorks products. Primary areas of instruction beside The MathWorks products include signal processing as well as numerical analysis, simulation and modeling. Responsibilities The Training Engineer is the premier technical and instructional expert in The MathWorks products, technologies, and solutions. Specific activities include researching industry and application specific concepts, maintain course content, delivering courses on multiple products, providing appropriate feedback to our development and sales organizations, and identifying course improvements based on student evaluations. Qualifications * MS in Engineering (BS with at least 3 years of experience) or similar. * Knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink or similar products. * Engineering experience as applied to signal processing. * Strong verbal and written communications skills. * The candidate should have demonstrated ability enthuse and motivate others as well as deliver excellent stand-up training for highly technical audience. * First-hand industrial experience is a plus. * Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish are essential, good knowledge in a second Nordic language would be helpful.
