Information about the position:
Professionals Nord is looking for a Customer Care Analyst on behalf of our client. You will work as a consultant for Professionals Nord. The Training Lead is responsible for coordinating and securing that customer phasing personnel within Customer Care are trained in required topics. The responsibility also includes defining new training needs and establish new trainings in close collaboration with thje HQ:s training team.

Work Tasks:

As Training Lead, you will be coordinate and secure seamless training to ensure that your Customer Care team delivers excellent service for our valuable customers, markets, and importers. you will identify training needs and improve the training program together with thePolestar training team. We are establishing in house contact centre operations globally and you will design, train local managers and deliver training to agents as part of mobilizing this project.

• Make sure that training is available for new releases or updates.
• Manage the training cars for multimarket CRC
• Manage and develop training material together with Polestar training team and SMEs

We´re looking for these competences:

• Experience from training or other related areas
• Customer support experience
• Language skills: English
• Has very good knowledge of English in speech and writing

It is an advantage that you have good knowledge of cars and technology (especially EV) meritorious, speak any additional languages, have experience from working with external suppliers.

Your personal competences are crucial to how well you will thrive in the role of Polestar.
