Training Manager

The Marketing department in Atlas Copco Secoroc is working on a global basis together with our Customer Centers and Product Companies and is responsible for marketing, product strategies, price administration, market support including technical service, product and application training and market communication.

The work tasks will be to lead and co-ordinate the training activities for sustainable product knowledge within the division.

You will be responsible for:
- The training strategy within Atlas Copco Secoroc. You will co-ordinate and support product and application related training activities and make sure it is executed according to the strategy.
- Developing, producing and distributing training material in close co-operation with the product lines.
- Making sure that training material fulfills our brand strategy and image.
- Planning and prioritizing of training activities.- Developing and distributing training packages for selected stakeholders.
- Co-ordination of training activities between divisions within Atlas Copco when needed.
- The Core process Product Application Training.

Skills profile:
- Fluent in the English language, both spoken and in writing since it is our corporate language. Further talent in Swedish and other languages is an advantage.
- Product and application knowledge and proven knowledge within presentation skills and teaching methods is a demand.
- Very good computer experience and knowledge is a demand. Experience in SharePoint and systems for creating E-learning modules are an advantage but not a necessity.

Suitable education is college education in Rock Excavation Technique or similar but not a demand. Similar knowledge gathered through personal experience is being accepted.
