Transaction Services (FDD) in Stockholm, Sweden, is looking for inbound Managers or Senior Managers to join an expanding team of currently about 50 FDD professionals.
In a strong transaction market, we offer excellent career paths for the right candidates. We work primarily with the largest Nordic and global Private Equity companies and large industrial companies both in Sweden and globally. Experience in and an aptitude for working with Private Equity clients is highly valued, as they form a substantial part of our client base.
You will be part of an ambitious team focused on financial due diligence which forms part of the larger unit PwC Deals. We work closely together with other Deals business units and offer our clients and integrated product offering.

● Bachelor ́s (requirement) or Master ́s (meriting) degree in Business, Finance, Economics or
engineering
● 5-8 years of relevant FDD experience
● An interest, experience and aptitude to work with Private Equity clients is highly desirable
● Excellent verbal communication and team working skills
● Strong analytical and critical thinking, ability to understand and navigate in complexity and
problem-solving skills.
● Advanced level of English (Swedish is meriting, but no requirement)

About Transaction Services (FDD)
A career in our Transaction Services (FDD), will provide you the opportunity to work with financial due diligence and other transaction services especially in connection with acquisitions and divestments for our Private Equity and Corporate clients. Our analysis focuses on understanding and analysing the development of the most important value drivers in the target company, establishing the true underlying historical results, cash flows and evaluating a company's ability to reach its forecast - all for the purpose of presenting relevant financial data and insights into a M&A transaction.
As part of PwC’s Transaction Services’ team, your responsibilities will include, but might not be limited to, the following:
● Provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and validating
financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.
● Provide solutions (through deal documents or deal structure) to identified issues; take into
consideration client and target attributes.
● Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets.
● Review of the adequacy of working capital facilities, including consideration of financing limits,
terms and covenants.
● Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current accounting standards that could impact
the transaction (e.g., IFRS, carve-outs) in order to develop thorough assessments of issues
identified through research, analysis and consultation with technical experts.
● Demonstrate an ability to effectively assess/analyse client valuation models and provide
meaningful feedback that impacts transaction pricing and/or purchase/sale agreement.
● Interpretation and analysis of information memoranda, business plans, publicly available
information on the target business.
● Review of sale and purchase agreement and correlating findings from the due diligence process
therein.
