Arbetsbeskrivning

Join us on our transformation journey to the digital future

At Volvo Group Digital & IT, we have a clear ambition to enable value creation at scale for the Volvo Group. With a new product centric operating model and digital technologies, we will produce digital offerings that are profitable, scalable, and differentiated. With Volvo Group Digital & IT, you will be part of a global and diverse team of highly skilled professionals, who learn continuously and embrace change to stay ahead. We have a very important role to play in reaching the Volvo Group ambitions for 2030. Do you want to be part of our transformation journey towards becoming the digital capability of the Group? The time is now.

Foundational products

Foundational products create services for the whole Group. Our mission is to make all of the development teams faster by enabling them to leverage new technology, practices and processes. That includes but are not limited to; cloud, CI/CD, developer toolchains and automation. We also aim to make life easier for all software developers within Volvo Group.
We are a global team with colleagues in Sweden, France, Poland and India, this is the transformation engine that will propel Volvo Group into the future of tech.

What you will be doing

It’s not enough for us at Foundational Products to create awesome products based on the latest technology. We also need to make sure that the development teams adopt and use them. We measure our success in how much faster we can make development teams.
You will be part of Volvo Transformation Labs. It’s an immersive boot-camp for teams where they learn the practices, processes, culture and ways of working that unlocks the full potential of technology. You will be responsible to facilitate, teach and coach teams in agile methodologies and practices so that they can leverage tools and automation to improve their time-to-market and quality. You will start with an assessment of the team and then create target outcomes and an individual transformation plan. At the end of the transformation period, you will do an end-state assessment to measure the improvements made to the development process.

Who you are

You are an expert on product management and agile methodologies, a true evangelist. You have the experience and knowledge of an agile coach but want to work more hands-on.
Facilitating workshops is natural to you and there’s no one that you can’t teach. You are a servant leader with a strong internal drive that motivates people. Great at facilitating conversations and get people to open up. You are positive, open minded and have a contagious energy. Can explain difficult and complex things in a simple way. You are someone that people immediately feel safe with so that they dare to take personal and professional risks. You are a fast learner who solves problems others believe are set in stone. You completely lack prestige and believe that contribution is more important than recognition. In unclear and ambiguous situations, you always find a way to move forward.
