Key responsibilities:


Automations & Process Improvements:
Conduct brain storming sessions with client and Cognizant offshore teams;
Inform offshore team; seek for resource support, if needed;
Identify and drive innovation initiatives – not limited to Shared Service Scope but also in the retained Organization
Drive benchmarking of existing operations vis-a-vis best in class
Design and implement process improvement and transformation roadmap

Delivery:
KPI improvement
Drive and guide the offshore team
Publish Metrics to Client.

Escalation Management:
Receive escalations, inform Delivery team and ensure delivery team address the issue quickly
Connect with Customers and seek for Feedback and pass on the same to delivery team
People Management:
Not responsible for offshore team people development
Early Warning Signals to be analyzed and to be reported to Clients
Recruitment – Team lead & above positions at offshore, interview the candidates and inform clients

Transitions:
Identify the opportunities and share with Offshore team
Support delivery team in the smooth completion of the DD/KT/KA
