Transition Lead

We are now looking for a Transition Lead to join our Cloud Infrastructure Unit. In this role, you will lead Cloud Infra Projects for customers in the Nordics and Baltics. The primary objective is to provide Transition solutions and governance for new customers being onboarded to TCS Enterprise Cloud Platform. Travel within the Nordics can be expected. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Transition and Transformation solution lead for TCS Enterprise Cloud Infra projects in Nordics and Baltics region
2. Responsible for Solution, Planning and delivery governance of Cloud Infra Transition and Transformation Projects
3. Responsibilities includes solution for new customer onboarding into TCS Enterprise Cloud and enhancing Transformation requirements for existing customers in Nordics
4. Responsibilities includes solutioning, Business case preparation, procurement planning, Technical Architecture design and Data Center Migration planning
5. Pre-sales Transition Solution Lead – Analysis of customer Data center environment and Technical solution for Transition into TCS Cloud
6. Responsible for reviewing the integrated Transition solution from multiple stakeholders involved in the Transition delivery; such as Infra, Application, Network and Security
7. Program management: Steering group member; Participation in the TCS/Customer Program steering group and present the Transition report
8. Resource management – Interviews, selection of right skilled resources for the project and assigning the project tasks to appropriate resource/team
9. Data Center procurement planning – Capacity requirements and evaluation of technical products for the Data center, vendor discussion
10. Migration tools and solution – Evaluation of Cloud Infra migration tools and solutioning
11. Vendor management - Review of vendor deliverables, Tools and Technologies roadmap
12. Managing Transition programme Risk and Mitigation planning
13. Managing TCS/Customer/Vendor escalation matrix
14. Responsible for developing the Transition and migration project delivery team


PROFILE
You have extensive experience in IT Infra and Cloud Infra Transition as well as Transformation. Further, you have high levels of project management skills, you are excellent in contract negotiation and have excellent client facing and presentation skills.
