Transport Coordinator to Modis!

Do you want to become a part of Modis´ team of fantastic consultants? We are looking for a Transport Coordinator for an exciting role at a world leading, international customer.

About the role

As a consultant at Modis you will get the opportunity to work with both large and small organizations and assignments.

In this role, your main tasks are:

• Follow up daily with deviation handling in the transport flow.
• Receive and execute rush transport and bookings.
• Book transports for deliveries and carrier follow up.

You will work with transports all over the globe.

About you

If you are a passionate team player with the drive to deliver great results, you will fit perfectly for this role.

We believe that you have a relevant engineering degree, excellent communication skills and are used to work in a high tempo. It is a plus if you have experience from the automotive industry.

The skills required for this role are:

• Knowledge in logistics, especially overseas transports incl document handling
• Knowledge in systems such as Power BI, Microsoft Office, Teams etc.
• Outspoken and welcoming changes and development
• Very good at cooperation as the positions is in the middle between sales and carriers and markets.
• Languages fluent in Swedish and English
