Travel Specialist -Sweden
Location: Ireland
Major Online Travel Organisation is looking for a Swedish speaking Travel Specialist.
The role of the travel specialist is to sell holiday products such as scheduled and charter flights, car hire and travel insurance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
.Ensuring accurate bookings of flights, cars, insurance
.Ensuring a top service is delivered to members at all times
.Responding to member requests calls from/to members to assist in their holiday arrangements and optimise exchanges
.Ensuring all the necessary documentation is accurately completed after each call
.Making all booking accurately to eliminate 'write-offs' and member complaints
QUALIFYING COMPETENCIES
.Fluency in Swedish & English
.Candidate must have a previous experience in the Tourism Industry.
.Experience with CRS Systems - Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, etc...
.Excellent communications, interpersonal and organisation skills required.
.Strong customer service/sales skills with the ability to influence others.
.Candidates should have the ability to work on their own initiative and work effectively under pressure.
