Vi ingår också i ett globalt nätverk som bygger mobila multimediatjänster under namnet 3. 3 Scandinavia is seeking to recruit a Treasurer for its head office in Stockholm. Reporting to the CFO, but working closely with the Head of Accounting, the Treasurer will be responsible for all of the treasury related activities of 3 Scandinavia, which today includes Sweden and Denmark.[ Specific responsibilities will include: - [Processing all pre-approved payment requests for all companies in the group; - [Preparing medium to long term cash flow forecasts and arranging the appropriate funding from the shareholders; - [Monitoring the short term cash requirements of the group to ensure that cash is always available in the right place to make payments and that efficient use is made of the cash; - [Hedging the group's foreign currency exposures, principally US$; - [Managing all banking relationships including bank mandates and contracts; - [Completing all treasury and banking related reporting to the shareholders and dealing with their queries; - [Arranging re-capitalisations of group companies to ensure compliance with local legal requirements regarding capital maintenance and similar legislation; and - [Manage all funding loans and loans within the group ensuring that interest is correctly calculated and communicated to the relevant parties. The successful candidate has got an academic degree and will have had 3 to 5 years of experience in the treasury type activities listed, perhaps as an assistant treasurer or junior treasurer and have exposure to reporting to external parties. A very important aspect of the role will be cash flow forecasting and monitoring as well as general working capital understanding and management and so applicants will need to be able to deal effectively with these matters. The role is an extremely varied one subject to many deadlines and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, the ability to cope with a number of tasks simultaneously and to deliver to a high standard.[ This is a stand alone role with a high level of responsibility why applicants will need to demonstrate that they are able to take full control of the role, always maintaining a good understanding of the current and future cash position of the group and ensuring that all deadlines are met.[[ We are looking forward to read your application so please forward your CV in English as soon as possible!
