Treasury Controller to Heimstaden

Heimstaden is one of the largest residential real estate companies in Europe. Currently we own about 120 000 apartments to a value of approx. SEK 203 billion, located in the Nordics, Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Poland. Heimstaden is the majority owner and asset manager of Heimstaden Bostad where most of the assets are held. Heimstaden Bostad is jointly owned with Swedish Pension funds, foremost Alecta and Folksam Group and holds a BBB investment grade rating from S&P.
The Treasury team of Heimstaden, situated at the head office in Malmö, is now looking to add a Treasury Controller to the team, with a focus on providing a best-in-class back-office function and processes for the day-to-day administration of loans, KYC processes, covenant reporting and much more.

The role inter alia includes the following responsibilities: 
Day-to-day administration of the external debt and intra group loan portfolios in the Treasury Management System.
Responsible for reporting on behalf of Treasury to financial statements as well as internal reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Ensure that interest payments are made in time
Preparations of financial covenant reporting
Preparations and administering KYC documentation
Ad hoc tasks related to ongoing communication with our bank counterparties and internal groups such as Group accounting and local Financing teams
To succeed in the role, we believe you have the following qualifications:
3+ years’ experience from working in roles as Treasury Controller, Back-office specialist or similar and most likely an academic degree in a relevant area.
Strong work ethic and integrity: candidate should be a team player, self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We have a strong ambition to have a WE before ME mentality in the team. Interest for and understanding of IT/digital solutions.
Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language.
Last but certainly not the least, you are a people person and a team player who find energy and create results in co-creation and collaboration.
