A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Liquidity Management
Daily operations and administration of the Group’s Cash Pools, including daily cash and liquidity management
Participate and support intra-group financing activities
Support inter-company cash flows, including inter-company lending, as well as balances with related parties
Support cash flow forecasting and reporting
Development and execution of administrative processes within the treasury function



2. Back Office activities
Perform critical Treasury activities including matchings, settlements and fixings of derivative trades
Perform interest payments, intercompany loan payments, etc.
Review banking fee and interest charges



3. Support the Banking Infrastructure
Support the set-up of new bank accounts and manage updates to authorized signors in banking platforms as needed
Perform TMS/bank system administration and troubleshooting
Support KYC documentation and compliance onboarding requirements with either existing, or new banking partner



4. Global Trade Finance
Maintain the Groups use of bank guarantees.



5. Support the Market Operations and Cash Management functions in daily tasks to ensure quality and control and serve as back up

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields
1 to 2 years work experience, preferably in Finance related activities
Experience working with a Treasury Management and/or ERP System is advantageous
An underlying interest in the financial markets and financial instruments
Strong business and finance acumen and the ability to perform data analysis, and make succinct recommendations to resolve problems
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities among several stakeholders
Ability to challenge the status quo in order to eliminate inefficiency and improve end to end processes
MS Office skills
Verbal and written communication skills in English
