Reporting to: Delivery Chapter Lead

Location: Malmö

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a group of squads with a common purpose and achieving the Tribe's business goal
• Creating highly collaborative Cross-functional Squads
• Enable Squads Empowerment and Autonomy
• Enable Cross-Team Collaboration and Communication
• Resolving Prioritization issues between Squads
• Having a visibility of all the work being done by Squads
• On-boarding of new people
• Co-ordinate with the Chapter Manager's to identify and enhance the skills
• Developing internal competencies (Making the learning goals possible to achieve)
• Tribe Delivery
• Report, Monitor and Improve Squad Performance
• Drive Community of Practices in Tribe

Professional skills

• Focus on value creation, growth, and serving customers
• Develop the right strategies and tactics to deliver desired business outcomes and to determine what work needs to get done, how much to invest in which efforts, and how to prioritize opportunities
• Work with chapter leaders to match the right people to the right squads

Qualifications

• Embodies the Agile Manifesto and is responsible for the application of Agile Manifesto in their tribe

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Leadership role
• Proven ability of leading teams through change.
• Delivery experience in Technology or the Business.
• Successfully built a network of excellent relationships and influenced across the enterprise including at Leadership and Board Level.
• Experience of working in the DevOps model
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including facilitation and team leadership skills
